Institute of Computer Engineers 
of the Philippines NVSU Chapter

PREAMBLE

We, the members of the Institute of Computer Engineers of Philippines –Nueva Vizcaya State University Chapter (ICpEP-NVSU Chapter), imploring the aid of the Almighty God, inorder to establish an organization that shall embody our ideals, adhere to the universal truth of morality and integrity, promote the general welfare of the members and our Alma Mater do ordain and promulgate this constitution and By-laws.

NAME, OFFICE, AND SEAL

This organization shall be known as Institute of Computer Engineers of the PhilippinesNueva Vizcaya State University Chapter (ICpEP-NVSU Chapter).

 This organization shall hold office in a particular place within NVSU Bambang, Campus duly designated by the College of Engineering Dean for the purpose.

The ICpEP-NVSU Chapter shall be a Computer Engineering Student’s organization and shall exist under and in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth by the Nueva Vizcaya State University administration, the College ofEngineering and the Junior Philippine Computer Society National Organization where it belongs.

PRINCIPLES AND CAPABILITIES OF THE ICpEP

1. Believe in ONE Supreme Being;

2. Recognized the potentials and  capabilities of every student, treat him/her as partner in the transformation of ideal traits and freely exercise his special gift to think, reason and communicate and love;

3. Believe in the strength of a unified organization;

4. Recognize the vital role of the youth in nation building; and,

5. Believe in the principles, objectives and policies of the Institute of Computer Engineers of the Philippines - NVSU Chapter (ICpEP-NVSU Chapter).

OBJECTIVES AND POLICIES

1. To promote unity, love and leadership among its members;

2. To enhance moral and technical development among the members;

3. To unite students in a common understanding of the problems related to the Computer Engineering course;

4. To develop/prepare future Computer Engineers for the CpE profession;

5. To establish linkage among other schools and other institution;

6. To support and uphold the JPCS National Organization activities and programs.
